Gilbert & Gaillard have assembled the best Languedoc juices to offer you this 2017 vintage. The grapes are machine-harvested, destemmed and pressed at night to keep their freshness and preserve them from oxidation. Fermentation at low temperature, allowing the extraction of aromas of small flowers. Aging on lees for a week, no malolactic fermentation, use of pea glue.

Light gold color, frank nose, on minerality and white flowers, a tense and precise mouth with a beautiful acidity, and marked by citrus fruits, a pleasant wine.
