Luis Pato&s Espumante Júlia 2021 is a distinctive sparkling wine from Portugal&s Bairrada region, crafted exclusively from the Sercialinho grape variety. This wine was created to commemorate the birth of Luís Pato&s granddaughter, Júlia. The exceptionally rare Júlia is a single-fermentation sparkling wine. The fermentation is spontaneous, with no addition of dosage (liqueur d&expédition). It is made from the Sercialinho grape, which is nearly exclusive to Luís Pato. The grape&s excellent acidity, combined with the perfect amount of residual sugar, creates a unique and highly complex wine, offering generous aromas and remarkable freshness on the palate. A truly signature sparkling wine.
