Made from 50% Grüner Veltliner, 25% Riesling, and 25% Muscat à Petit Grains, each grape variety plays a role in shaping its unique profile. Grüner Veltliner brings structure, Riesling adds acidity and depth, while Muscat contributes floral aromatics. The aroma bursts with notes of jasmine, yellow apples, and kiwi, complemented by subtle herbal undertones.

On the palate, Velue Weiss is juicy and textured. Expect ripe fruit flavors balanced by fine tannins and a vibrant acidity that leads to a long, salty finish. The winemaking process includes hand-harvesting, spontaneous fermentation, and maturation on lees for nine months in a mix of used tonneaux and stainless steel. Each step is carefully executed to preserve the wine’s natural complexity.
