Vibrant and expressive blend of Pinot Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc. Sourced from biodynamically farmed vineyards. The cool, high-altitude sites allow for slow ripening, enhancing freshness and complexity.

The aroma is bright and inviting, with notes of elderflower, lemon, and fresh-cut grass. On the palate, it is crisp and balanced, offering lively acidity and delicate fruit flavors. The Pinot Blanc contributes texture and roundness, while Sauvignon Blanc brings freshness and aromatic intensity. Together, they create a dynamic yet elegant wine with a clean, mineral-driven finish.

Zillinger follows a minimal-intervention approach, allowing nature to dictate the winemaking process. The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented naturally, with no unnecessary additives. Pinot blanc was whole bunch fermented in kvevri, then pressed after 7 days and finished fermentation in big old barrels. Sauvignon blanc was direct pressed and fermented in old 500 It barrels.
