A blend of Rösler, Syrah, and Cabernet Franc. Each grape variety is treated differently to extract its full potential. Rösler and Syrah ferment and mature in barrels, enhancing their fruit-forward character and soft tannins. The Cabernet Franc ferments and ages in amphorae, adding structure, spice, and a distinct mineral quality. The wine is then aged using the solera system, a technique more commonly associated with sherry, where older vintages are continuously blended with younger ones. This method creates a wine that is both fresh and evolved, maintaining consistency while gaining complexity over time.

On the nose, aromas of cherry, hazelnut, and wild herbs create an inviting first impression. The palate is juicy yet refined, with flavors of red berries, black currant, and a touch of spice. The tannins are smooth and well-integrated, making the wine incredibly drinkable while still offering depth. Despite its layered complexity, Revolution Red Solera remains fresh and vibrant, with a long finish.
